Method
- Cook the eggs using the method described above.
- Peel the eggs carefully so that the whites remain intact.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise
- Remove the yolks by placing them in a medium bowl and place the whites on a baking dish or egg tray.
- Using a fork, crush the cooked yolks and add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Just before serving, fill the egg whites with the mixture, using a spoon.
- Sprinkle paprika to taste.
Notas
You can prepare this recipe up to two days in advance by keeping the mixture in a resealable bag (Ziploc) and the whites in a covered container. You just have to fill them out just before serving. If you have leftovers, you can refrigerate them for up to three days.
