Ingredientes
  

  • 2 cups fresh parsley
  • 6 peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 3 tbs red wine vinegar or white wine vinegar.
  • Juice of a big lemmon
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

Method
 

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender or food processor and crush until a smooth consistency is formed.
  2. Store in the refrigerator until serving.

Notas

If you prepare it the day before, the ingredients will mix longer and taste more delicious the next day.
