Oven Roasted Green Asparagus
Oven Roasted asparagus is an easy and quick side dish. Asparagus is very easy to make and you can serve it with fish, chicken, pork, or beef.

Salt and Pepper to taste
Juice of ½ lemon
Preheat the Oven to 425°F
Cut the end of the asparagus and discard it.
Place the asparagus in a baking dish and add olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and finally sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Toss the asparagus so all the ingredients get mixed.
Bring them to the oven at 425F for 12-15 minutes.
Before serving, you can sprinkle more parmesan cheese.
There are other variations to give more flavor such as adding garlic or onion powder, thyme, oregano, laurel, basil, balsamic vinegar, butter, etc.
