  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup mayonaise
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste

Elaboración paso a paso

  • Cook the eggs using the method described above.
  • Peel the eggs carefully so that the whites remain intact.
  • Cut the eggs in half lengthwise
  • Remove the yolks by placing them in a medium bowl and place the whites on a baking dish or egg tray.
  • Using a fork, crush the cooked yolks and add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Just before serving, fill the egg whites with the mixture, using a spoon.
  • Sprinkle paprika to taste.


You can prepare this recipe up to two days in advance by keeping the mixture in a resealable bag (Ziploc) and the whites in a covered container. You just have to fill them out just before serving. If you have leftovers, you can refrigerate them for up to three days.
