Best Roasted Chicken Salad

You can serve it with crackers, with a green salad, with avocado, in a wrap or make a sandwich. Enjoy it as a main dish, or as an appetizer.

  • 2 cups roasted chicken cut in cubes.
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 6 strips chopped bacon
  • 1 large lemon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Pepper to taste


  • Crumble or cut the roasted chicken into small pieces.
  • Put the bacon in a large frying pan and cook over medium-high heat until golden brown. Set aside while it's cooling down.
  • In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper.
  • Add the celery, chopped bacon, and chicken.
  • Stir in all ingredients well.
  • Enjoy!
